Clubs, schools and associations

Every team. One order.

Rep squads, school firsts, the under-9s who chase the ball in one big pack. Send us the lot in one file. We make every tag, invoice you once and deliver the whole thing in one box, sorted by team.

Works in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.

The swap

Pros swap jerseys. Your players can swap these.

After the big games, players swap jerseys. Yours can’t. The jersey belongs to the club, and they need it back by Saturday.

A tag they can give away. Order a few per player: one for their own bag, the rest for teammates, best mates, and the kid who marked them all game.

One to keep. The rest to swap.

The players get the tags.
You get the credit.

One job, not twelve.

One spreadsheet from one person. One quote, one invoice, one delivery. Not twelve team managers doing twelve different things.

Nobody gets the dodgy version.

Same finish, same quality, the right crest on every team’s tags. Under-9s to opens.

Your colours go further than your banner.

School bags, training bags, the bus to carnival. And every swapped tag ends up in someone else’s bag, at someone else’s school.

For schools

School teams hand the jersey back too.

Year 7 netball, the opens footy side, the kids who only turn up for the carnival. School players wear the jersey for a season and hand it back at the end. A tag is the part they keep.

It’s your crest, so the yes is yours to give. We invoice the school directly, so it goes through the way you already pay for things.

Pick your moment.

After trials

The squad goes up.

Selections are done. Mark it before the first game in the new colours.

Pre-season

Rego time.

Roll it into registration and every player starts the season with one.

Mid-season

Carnival season.

Pack a pocketful. Swapping with the other schools gets competitive.

Season’s end

Presentation night.

Something with their name on it. Beats another laminated certificate.

Tell us your date when you send the spreadsheet. If it’s tight, we’ll say so straight away.

Three ways to cover it.

The club or school.

A thank-you from the committee, or a line in the sport budget. Your quote comes before anything gets made, so you can take a real number to the meeting. One invoice, made out to the club or school.

The families.

Roll the cost into rego or sport fees and it’s spread across every family. Every player gets one, not just the ones whose parents read the email. Nobody chases anyone for money.

A sponsor.

A local business covers the lot and gets its logo on the back of every tag. Every swap carries it further. Your sponsorship coordinator gets something new to offer besides a sign on the fence.

Sorted in four steps.

One invoice.
One delivery.

01

Grab the template.

One row per player: team, name, number, product, and how many each. (More than one. See above.)

02

Send it over.

Email it with a photo of each kit and the date you need them. Different kits are fine. Just tell us which team wears what.

03

Check the mock-ups.

We send the price, the schedule, the invoice and a mock-up of every design. Nothing gets made until you’ve checked every name.

04

Tag the lot.

Pay in full and we get to work. It all turns up in one delivery, bagged by team.

Just one team? The team order form is quicker.
